Meet Our Sole Men
Christian Bradley
Christian Bradley has served in the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources space for well over a decade. He is the founder of Fly 4 the Low, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping men dress efficiently and affordably through charitable and monetary donations, empowering them to better prepare for job interviews and the workplace.
In addition to his professional and philanthropic work, Christian also leads a boxing fitness boot camp, promoting health, discipline, and community through fitness.
A proud Cincinnati native, Christian is also the father of an amazing daughter, Olivia, who is entering her senior year at the University of Cincinnati, where she is majoring in Public Relations.
Dwayne McNeal
Dwayne McNeal is a former Division I and professional basketball player whose journey has been defined by discipline, resilience, and a commitment to growth. Standing 6’8”, he built his foundation on the court, where he learned the value of hard work, teamwork, and consistency—principles that continue to guide him long after his playing career. While his athletic background is impressive, Dwayne takes the most pride in the lessons the game taught him and how they’ve shaped the man he is today.
Now an entrepreneur and owner of DME Fitness, Dwayne has dedicated himself to helping others unlock their potential—both physically and mentally. Through his work as a coach, including leading 8th grade girls basketball, he focuses not just on skill development, but on building confidence, discipline, and character in the next generation. His approach is hands-on, intentional, and rooted in genuine care for the people he works with.
Above all, Dwayne is a devoted father and a man driven by purpose. He believes in leading by example, putting in the work daily, and giving back to his community whenever possible. Whether in the gym, on the court, or at home, he strives to make a positive impact—quietly letting his actions speak while continuing to grow, serve, and inspire.
