Meet Our Sole Men

Christian Bradley

Christian Bradley has served in the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources space for well over a decade. He is the founder of Fly 4 the Low, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping men dress efficiently and affordably through charitable and monetary donations, empowering them to better prepare for job interviews and the workplace.

In addition to his professional and philanthropic work, Christian also leads a boxing fitness boot camp, promoting health, discipline, and community through fitness.

A proud Cincinnati native, Christian is also the father of an amazing daughter, Olivia, who is entering her senior year at the University of Cincinnati, where she is majoring in Public Relations.

Mike Daniels

Dwayne McNeal

Dwayne McNeal is a former Division I and professional basketball player whose journey has been defined by discipline, resilience, and a commitment to growth. Standing 6’8”, he built his foundation on the court, where he learned the value of hard work, teamwork, and consistency—principles that continue to guide him long after his playing career. While his athletic background is impressive, Dwayne takes the most pride in the lessons the game taught him and how they’ve shaped the man he is today.

Now an entrepreneur and owner of DME Fitness, Dwayne has dedicated himself to helping others unlock their potential—both physically and mentally. Through his work as a coach, including leading 8th grade girls basketball, he focuses not just on skill development, but on building confidence, discipline, and character in the next generation. His approach is hands-on, intentional, and rooted in genuine care for the people he works with.

Above all, Dwayne is a devoted father and a man driven by purpose. He believes in leading by example, putting in the work daily, and giving back to his community whenever possible. Whether in the gym, on the court, or at home, he strives to make a positive impact—quietly letting his actions speak while continuing to grow, serve, and inspire.

Tony Pike

Tony Pike, who formerly played quarterback in the National Football League, was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL draft. He played college football at the University of Cincinnati. Last year, Tony was inducted into the Cincinnati Athletics Hall of Fame. Tony has been ESPN1530’s afternoon co-host since 2016 on the “Tony and Mo Football Show” & is also heard daily as the host of “Tony Pike’s Cincy360” daily from 12-3. Tony covers the Bengals in multiple capacities. Tony is the color analyst for University of Cincinnati Football broadcasts & is involved in many other avenues with local sports teams. At home, Tony is married and has 3 children aged 5,4 and 1.

Josh Rothstein

Since graduating from Miami University in 2007, Josh has acquired extensive sales and marketing experience enabling him to align his strengths with commercial real estate brokerage. Having worked in the property management, medical sales, non-profit and the business development fields, Josh came to OnSite Retail Group with an excellent skill set for growing and developing his real estate acumen and providing the highest level of service to his clients.

In joining the OnSite team, he has grown the company’s listings which now exceed 1,000,000 square feet of retail space and has gained experience with nearly every retail property type in a wide variety of activity ranging from retail leasing, sale transactions, lease terminations, subleases, ground leases and tenant representation and has continued to focus his endeavors in the representation of retail property owners and landlords. Furthermore, he has acquired valuable experience and is adept in the marketing and leasing of ground-up developments such as the high-profile “Streets of West Chester,” “The District at Deerfield,” “Crossings of Beckett,” and the prestigious “Bishop Square” at Miami University.

His focus on retail property listings in and around Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Columbus, makes Josh prepared and eager to execute sales and leasing assignments to meet and exceed his clients’ expectations.
